FamilyCore Services during COVID-19
As we navigate these unprecedented times together, each person and family has been impacted in a unique way. Information is constantly changing, and we know that it is critical for our communities to have resources and support readily available to address needs and concerns; some of which, may be exacerbated during the COVID-19 pandemic. FamilyCore remains committed to meeting the needs of our communities in the tri-county area. FamilyCore is still open and continues to accept new clients with virtual appointment available.
FamilyCore services remain open- however our office is closed to the public! We continue to serve clients in our program service areas of Child Welfare, Outreach and Counseling. The need for FamilyCore’s services has never been greater and we continue to strengthen children, families, and the community.
Increased precautions to help combat the spread of COVID-19. The health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority. To help combat the spread of the novel coronavirus, we are taking additional precautions. Additional health screenings have been implemented, and social distancing is being practiced by our employees.
Virtual services now available! We now have the added capability of completing assessments and individual and group therapies in a virtual environment— with both video conferencing and phone options available. These virtual capabilities now allow clients to participate in services from the comfort of home!
We continue to accept all payer sources. We offer self-pay options (utilizing a sliding scale fee) and work with many commercial insurances and Medicaid.
