Family School Liaison

FamilyCore provides Prevention, Intervention, and Crisis Services to at-risk students within schools to address problematic behaviors and provide support and interventions to help them achieve success in school, home, and community. Our Family School Liaisons work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and community-based organizations to help achieve success for every student. Family School Liaisons provide life and group social skills training to students focusing on the development of Self-Regulation, Self-Awareness, Decision-Making, Social-Awareness, and Building Healthy Relationships.

We currently have Family School Liaisons at the following Peoria Public Schools: Manual High, Peoria High, Knoxville Center for Student Success, Harrison Community Learning Center, Glen Oak Community Learning Center, Calvin Coolidge, Sterling, Von Steuben, Charter Oak, Hines, Kellar, Northmoor, Franklin, Whittier, Dr. Maude Sanders, Dr. C.T. Vivian, and Trewyn Day Treatment. We also have Family School Liaisons in Pekin Public School District 108 at Dirksen and Jefferson Primary Schools.
